It’s My Birthday! (Yay)

Also I’ve been working on a planet generator in Unity, as I am wont to do, because of something I want to make for my final year project in University this year. Here it is:

A stunning vista.

At the moment all it makes are different variations on the same grey planet, and sometimes because of the LOD popping you just fall through the terrain and have to fly out again, but whatever, I just want to show off what I’ve done so far. Try generating a couple planets, you might be surprised.

The final project’s gonna be called Dawn, so this is Before Dawn. bask in my genius.

EDIT: I have since discovered several crash bugs in this build, Null Reference and Divide By Zero stuff, pretty standard. Just be aware.

      The current version of the project has advanced way past this but isn’t exactly in a stable state at the moment. I should be able to make another demo release rather soon and i’ll make sure that’s out for as many platforms as unity’ll allow.
